Service Point OPPORTUNITIES and Points

This list isn't intended to be all-inclusive. Each committee will have needs and activities that are specific to that particular committee. This list is a general guide to activities that occur each year and is intended to serve as a guide for families to have an idea about activities.

Serve on the School Endowment Trust Committee	10 points per year (biannual meetings)

Building and Grounds (must seek prior approval by office)	Community Building Committee
Vounteer for Campus Beautification Work Day	1 point for each hour worked
Blow leaves off walkways and campus grounds	1 point for each hour worked
Clean up flowerbeds, pull weeds, water flowers	1 point for each hour worked
Tree trimming	1 point for each hour worked

Stew and Chili Supper and Talent Show	Community Building Committee
Committee will reach out about opportunities

Fall Carnival and Homecoming Raffle	Community Building Committee
Donating prizes, desserts and raffle items	2 points for each total donation
Set up	1 point for each hour worked
Clean up	1 point for each hour worked
Work the event (games,cashier)	1 point for each hour worked
Work the event (kitchen, concessions)	3 points for each hour worked
Selling Homecoming Raffle Tickets	1 point for every two raffle tickets sold

Going West for the Gold	Fundraising Committee
Clean-up	3 points for each hour worked
Work at the event	2 points for each hour worked
Set up	2 points for each hour worked
Check-in	2 points for each hour worked
Kitchen	5 points for each hour worked
Donate an item to the Class Basket	1 point for total donation(s)
Help promote the event at parish	1 point for each hour worked
Selling Tickets to the event	1 point for every two tickets sold

Athletic Tournaments	Athletic Committee
Donate needed items	1 point for each total donation
Work the event (gate, concession stand, score board)	1 point for each hour worked

Athletics	Athletic Committee
Coach a team (private league only)	25 points (head coach)
Work the concession stand	1 point for each hour worked
Work the gate for games	1 point for each hour worked
Work the games (clock, books, chains, call lines, etc...)	1 point for each hour worked

Safety	Student and Teacher Committee (STAC)
Completing EIM/VIRTUS training	2 points upon completion; max 4 points per family

Classroom Help	Student and Teacher Committee (STAC)
Serve as Room Parent	10 total points
Serve as Co-Room Parents (Maximum 2)	5 points (each)
Coordinate Class projects for GWFTG	5 points
Coordinate class parties if not a Room Parent	2 points
Chaperone field trip(s)	1 point for chaperoning
Driving on field trip(s)	1 point for driving
Donate food or treats for class parties	1 point for total donation(s)

Field Day (will count towards the 25-26 school year)	Student and Teacher Committee (STAC)
Work a game/booth	1 point for each hour worked
Clean up	1 point for each hour worked
